When you receive a talent assessment or job invitation through our platform, you will see a statement confirming that the Recruiter’s email and company affiliation are verified. Trust and security are our top priorities. We want you to feel completely confident that the invitations you receive are authentic and come directly from the real organization looking to hire you.

Corporate domain verification

Every employer or recruiter who creates an account on our platform must register using a legitimate company email domain (for example, name@company.com).

  • Public or generic email domains (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) are heavily restricted or scrutinized.
  • During account creation, TestGorilla triggers a mandatory verification phase to ensure the person signing up actually has active access to that specific corporate domain.

💡 Good to know: To maintain the highest level of security, TestGorilla does not allow free tier accounts to send candidate invitations. Assessments can only be sent by paying customers who have successfully completed our comprehensive business verification process. t

Real inbox delivery (Direct senders)

To maximize trust and transparency, our platform delivers candidate outreach directly from the recruiter's real company inbox.

  • You can safely verify that the sender domain matches the official corporate identity of the organization.
  • This eliminates "spoofing" (fake senders) and provides the strongest possible signal that the communication is secure.

Legal and representation verification

Per Section 3.1 of our B2B Customer Terms of Service, anyone registering an account on our platform is legally bound by a strict contract. To be allowed to send assessments or invitations, the user must explicitly warrant that they:

  • Are legally authorized to represent the business or entity contracting our services.
  • Have provided accurate, complete, and current corporate information.

ℹ️ What this means for you: If an account is found to have provided fraudulent company size metrics, incorrect corporate information, or unauthorized representation, TestGorilla reserves the right to immediately disable their access and terminate the account (Terms, Sections 8.7 & 14.5).

Strict fair use and compliance controls

Under our terms, verified companies are strictly prohibited from using our platform to assess candidates for any roles that are unlawful, discriminatory, or unsafe.

By enforcing verified company logins, real inbox matchmaking, and legally binding compliance, we ensure that every verified statement you see represents a real opportunity from a verified employer.
